Slate roofing could be quite expensive but slate could last for a very long time. Considering the longevity of this material, it could be the most cost effective roofing solution. Modifies Bitumen

This is an asphalt based roofing related to Built Up Roofing. It is used on low slope or flat roof buildings. It is not as effective as built up roofing because die to a single layer, during downpour the water could find its way inside.

Single Ply roofing

These are formed from multiple layers of barriers or insulations mechanically fastened together. It is light weight, thin and easy to apply. It is environmental friendly and recyclable.
